THAT'S NOT A HAT 2

Was it a bicycle or a traffic cone? That's Not A Hat is a bluffing game in which players receive and give back objects. The only problem is, when you give so often, you sometimes forget what you're giving! Bluff about what you're giving and you may succeed, but if the recipient of your gift calls you on what you've given them, you could end up with a penalty. Once a player has three penalty points, everyone counts their penalty points and the player with the fewest points wins!
