Add the Wessex family, a 5th family with the advantage of a larger estate.

The Wessex expansion adds a fifth family board, giving the advantage of a larger starting estate. A player who chooses the Wessex Family board will have the choice between a breakfast room and a tennis court - second-level upgrades - in his manor at the start of the game. The expansion also adds five additional starting guests, five additional occasional guests, five additional prestige guests and six new solo opponents to extend the game.
